Haeundae Beach is probably the most famous beach in the country. The white sand is rough and sticks easily to your skin.The sand of this beach is composed of sand that comes from Chuncheon Stream and shells that have been naturally eroded by the wind over time. Haeundae Beach is also famous for the various cultural events and festivals held throughout the year. At Haeundae Beach there is a Folk Square where you can enjoy traditional games such as neoldduigi , Korean wrestling, tuho, tug-of-war and yutnori. There is also the Beach Culture Centre and the Beach Library.

Located in Haeundae, Busan, Koryujung is a Korean restaurant with 15 years of tradition. The restaurant serves traditional hanjeongsik and shabu-shabu (paper-thin slices of meat and vegetables cooked in a pot of hot broth) in an antique, elegant ambience. Four types of course meals are offered, each consisting of 7-8 appetizers followed by 7-8 warm dishes such as grilled beef ribs, fish, and a mushroom platter.
